Brightpick strengthens global go-to-market organization with senior hires

Brightpick, a leading provider of warehouse automation solutions for order fulfillment, has expanded its go-to-market organization with two senior appointments in Europe. Neal Rowe has joined as Country Manager for the United Kingdom and Ireland, and Stefano Francavilla has joined as Channel Director.
Neal Rowe brings extensive experience delivering large scale automation projects. He spent more than six years at Dematic, where he led the implementation of major shuttle systems for customers across the UK and Europe. Earlier in his career, he was among the early hires at BITO in the UK, contributing to the company’s growth to annual revenues in the tens of millions of pounds in that region. At Brightpick, he will lead the expansion of the company’s commercial presence in the UK.
“I am delighted to join Brightpick as demand grows for automation that is both agile and cost effective,” said Neal Rowe. “I look forward to expanding our presence in the UK and Ireland and building on our existing partnership with Thistle Systems.”
Stefano Francavilla brings a strong track record in building partner networks and delivering warehouse automation solutions. He previously led the creation and growth of Hai Robotics European partner ecosystem, establishing a robust integrator network across the region. His earlier roles at Toyota Material Handling and Vanderlande give him deep expertise in intralogistics technology, solution design, and customer operations. At Brightpick, he will be responsible for establishing the company’s global partner program and ecosystem.
“Brightpick is reshaping the warehouse automation market with a highly capable and easy-to-deploy robotic solution,” said Stefano Francavilla. “I am pleased to support the company’s growth by strengthening our integrator network and helping partners deliver outstanding results for their customers.”
