Brightpick partners with Thistle Systems to expand access to its end-to-end robotic fulfillment across the UK

The partnership aims to reduce storage footprints, accelerate fulfillment, and boost picking accuracy for UK warehouses

Erlanger, KY, USA — June 3, 2025 — Brightpick, a leader in AI-powered robotic solutions for warehouses, has partnered with Thistle Systems, one of the UK’s leading integrators of automated storage solutions, to expand access to its end-to-end robotic fulfillment platform across the UK.

As warehouses in the UK face growing pressure from labor shortages, rising costs, and limited floor space, many companies are turning to automation to stay competitive. Brightpick’s AI robots tackle these challenges head-on by automating critical warehouse fulfillment workflows while eliminating labor dependency and maximizing space utilization.

Thistle Systems will offer customers the full suite of Brightpick products, including:

• Retriever: Mobile robot designed for Goods-to-Person picking operations.
• Giraffe: An extendable mobile robot that reaches up to 6 meters (20 feet) to enable high-density vertical storage. Giraffe works alongside Autopicker and Retriever robots to retrieve totes from upper levels.
• Brightbox: An end-to-end automated fulfillment solution for brownfield mezzanines, combining Brightpick robots with modular racking and software for fast deployment.
