Features
-
Decanting
New inventory is decanted into totes at a simple workstation. Robots automatically deliver empty storage totes to the station.
-
Putaway
Robots autonomously take replenished storage totes from decanting stations and dynamically slot them into storage.
-
In-aisle Robotic Picking
Brightpick Autopicker robotically picks and consolidates orders directly in the warehouse aisles. The robots do not need to travel back and forth to centralized picking stations, which means faster picking and higher throughput.
-
Goods-to-Person Picking
Robots automatically bring items that cannot be robotically picked to a Goods-to-Person station. One G2P station can have up to 4 tote presentations simultaneously and achieve 300+ tote presentations per hour.
-
Pallet Picking
Fast-moving SKUs are picked directly from pallets and placed onto the robots by operators. This simplifies replenishment and eliminates the need to decant and putaway fast movers.
-
Order Buffer
Picked orders are buffered inside the system until they need to be shipped.
-
Order Consolidation
Robots consolidate orders consisting of multiple totes or cases and sort them according to the exact delivery route each van needs.
Order picking
Flexible and efficient order picking
Brightpick Autopickers robotically pick 60-80% of groceries directly in-aisle, while the remaining items are picked by humans at ergonomic Goods-to-Person stations.
Fast-moving SKUs are picked directly from pallets and placed onto the robots by operators, while slow-moving SKUs are manually picked in-store and consolidated at dispatch.
Order Consolidation
Fully automated consolidation and dispatch
Brightpick Autopickers consolidate orders consisting of multiple totes or cases and sort them according to the exact delivery route each van needs.
The robots ensure each order ships on time and can easily adapt to changing shipping schedules, route profiles and order prioritization.
The robots can also store picked orders in a temporary buffer area until they need to be dispatched, enabling advanced picking during off-peak hours and boosting fulfillment capacity during peak.
Installation
Deploy in weeks
Brightpick Autopickers work with standard shelving and totes – like the ones you find in your local hardware store.
This enables fast deployment and easy integration with any warehouse environment, including back-of-store and refrigerated.
There are no special flooring, fencing or fire safety requirements. Our robots navigate using LiDARs and do not need QR codes or other guidance systems on the floor.
SOFTWARE
The brain that powers everything
Brightpick Intuition software orchestrates all fulfillment workflows in your MFC, optimizing each robot and task for maximum throughput and speed.
It also manages inventory by tracking totes and SKUs, dynamically slotting items, and replenishing inventory when needed, which means no substitutions and out-of-stocks.
ANALYTICS
Your very own digital warehouse
Brightpick Intuition integrates seamlessly with your WMS or ERP system using standard APIs. The software acts like a digital twin of your warehouse and enables you to view and monitor the system’s performance in real time using an intuitive dashboard.
