SDR Manager (Europe)

About this role

We are looking for a well-spoken SDR Manager to assist our company in expanding our BRIGHTPICK customer base and building a business development team across the Europe.

Reports to

VP of Marketing


  • Research target accounts to identify business leaders with a need for BRIGHTPICK solutions.
  • Personalize outreach for leaders within target accounts and present content across multiple channels to achieve high response rates.
  • Lead discovery calls to understand prospects’ business needs and determine whether BRIGHTPICK would be able to provide significant business value.
  • Build a strong relationship with key influencers and decision-makers within the industry.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and achieve quarterly lead generation targets.


  • 5 + years of experience in Enterprise B2B marketing and sales in one or more of the following market segments: 3PLs, eCommerce, Groceries and/or General Warehouse Automation.
  • Demonstrated success selling innovative, complex warehouse solutions combining hardware, software and services.
  • Deep knowledge of warehouse operations or WMS systems is a must.
