Sales Development Representative (UK/Benelux)

About this role

We are looking for a well-spoken Sales Development Rep to assist BRIGHTPICK in expanding our customer base in the United Kingdom and Benelux.



Reports to

SDR Manager


  • 1-3 years of sales, business development, customer relationship management or internal sales experience,
  • Fluent English speaker (C1 level),
  • Demonstrated success working with customers in a B2B sales environment,
  • High-energy, self-starting individual who will thrive in an international team environment,
  • Outstanding presentation, facilitation and communication skills,
  • Experience with selling automation solution or robotics a plus,
  • Experience using Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo a plus;

Key tasks & responsibilities:

  • Research target accounts in the UK/Benelux region to identify business leaders with a need for BRIGHTPICK solutions,
  • Personalize outreach for leaders within target accounts and present content across multiple channels to achieve high response rates,
  • Lead discovery calls to understand prospects’ business needs and determine whether BRIGHTPICK would be able to provide business value,
  • Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the industry,
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and achieve quarterly lead generation targets;
