Logistics Consultant & Analyst
Description of the position
We are looking for a new member of our team who is passionate about automation, mobile robotics, and integration of these technologies in logistics and can easily understand the needs of customers.
Do you have the ability to explain and present specific information and results? Are you a person who is interested in new technologies which could change the world?
We need your help with customer visits, documentation of their processes, and data analysis from their warehouse management systems. You will have a chance to directly influence the final design of the solution/product and an opportunity to enhance your knowledge of the subject.

Core responsibilities:
- Take an ownership of a customer at the point handed over by the sales team
- Document material flow at the warehouse of the customer
- Analyze data provided by the customer
- Identify bottlenecks in the process, propose changes aimed to increase the effectiveness
- Brainstorm with team members on the creation of a product and solution
- Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
- Create related documentation
- Build relationships with the customers together with our sales representative
- Present the product, lead the meetings, facilitate and document communication between all stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2+ years in the field related to logistics or automation, 2+ years of Sales Engineering or 1+ years of data analysis experience
- Good verbal and written English (B2/C1)
- Goal-oriented, willing to investigate, troubleshoot, and drive the preparation of the solution
- Solid mathematical background or experience with the application of statistical data analysis is an advantage
- Ability to create a visualization and technical presentation of the production lines or services is an advantage
- Ability to learn new things
- Knowledge of process mapping tools, drawings designs and reads
- Track record of active customer communication
- Good communication, analytical thinking and ability to work towards deadlines
